Barnet Wellbeing Hub
If you're feeling unsure or struggling with something, our friendly Wellbeing Navigators are here to help. They’ll take the time to understand what you’re going through and work with you to find the right support.
Navigators will ask you to share some basic information about yourself through what we call an Emotional Health Check. This is confidential and securely stored. They’ll help you prioritise your goals and explore what support works best for you, this could include a referral to community groups, wellbeing activities, or talking therapies from one of our excellent local providers. This service is delivered by Meridian Wellbeing.
We accept referrals from individuals, families, community organisations, and health and care professionals. While the Hub is currently closed to walk-ins, all services remain fully available.
The Barnet Wellbeing Hub is the single point of access for mental health social prescribing in the borough. It acts as a gateway to community-based services and activities that support mental wellbeing. This service is delivered by Meridian Wellbeing.
When you contact us, we’ll carry out an Emotional Health Check–much like a physical check-up with your GP. Think of it as an emotional ‘M.O.T’. It helps identify the services or activities that may benefit you. Your Navigator will help you clarify your needs and goals, using a person-centred approach to create a personalised wellbeing plan. The aim is to empower you to make informed choices and take control of your wellbeing journey.
