NHS Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies
What is it?
NHS Barnet and Enfield Talking Therapies is a free and confidential service for anyone struggling with their mood, stress, or feeling overwhelmed. These difficulties may be linked to past or ongoing stressful experiences or may arise without a clear cause. Left unresolved, they can impact relationships, work, studies, caring responsibilities, and leisure time.
If you have a long-term health condition, such as diabetes, heart disease, or chronic pain, research shows that stress and low mood can further affect your physical well-being. Our service offers evidence-based treatments to support your mental health and help improve your overall quality of life.
How can it help me?
