How to access the service
You can be referred to the Hub by any external organisation, and also your GP, Linkworker or other health professional. You can also self-refer to our service by getting in touch by telephone, walk-in or digitally by email.
Once a referral has been made, you will be contacted by a Wellbeing Navigator to discuss the reasons for getting in touch with us and to help you navigate to suitable services to meet your needs. To get a better idea of the goals, we offer you an Emotional Health Check which helps to identify areas that you would like to work on or towards.
Following the first conversation, we follow up in a couple of weeks to see how things are going, and we contact you after around 3 months to review how you are doing.
Who can access the service:
- Anyone aged 16+
- Anyone living or working in the borough of Barnet
However, those who do not live/work in Barnet are encouraged to contact us and our navigators will try to help. If you are not sure, just give us a call and one of the navigators will be able to guide you.
